RULES & REGULATIONS
FOR SERVICE PROJECTS AND FELLOWSHIPS
*These rules are in our Chapter bylaws. These rules are final. If you feel as though you should be exempt from these rules and are not inactive, then please feel free to contact Service or Fellowship.
You have 48 hours prior to an event to remove your name from the list. After that you must contact Service (Alison or Annalee) or Fellowship (Sophia or Anika) if you cannot make it. If you do not make the effort to make contact, you will be docked full hours.
Please be sure to write BROTHER or PNM in the comments section on APOOnline
You MUST sign-in on an attendance sheet or check-in with the member submitting a digital attendance list in order to receive full credit attending this event. If, AND ONLY IF, you cannot locate the sheet and/or the member, please email Fellowship or Service PRIOR to the end of the event. Their contact information can be found at the bottom of the exec tab on the website.
If you need a replacement for a service project you may miss, service IS allowing replacements. Replacements are only allowed 24 HOURS BEFORE the event. If you cannot find a replacement, you will be docked.
You are expected to attend an event for the WHOLE duration of that event. Please, if for any reason you cannot attend an event for the whole time you have signed up for, contact the event coordinator, Service, or Fellowship.
If you feel as though there is someone at the event who is participating in misconduct, whether they are a new member, a brother, or an exec member, it is your responsibility to contact Service, or Fellowship, and the President to notify them of this behavior.
Disrespect toward any brother or new member will not be tolerated.
