IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS REGARDING SPRING 2017 SEMESTER

Please check your emails to reassure that you were sent the following message. It was sent to the Chapter by our President, Membership Co-Chairs, and Treasurer.

"Hi Brothers,

I hope you all have had a fantastic break! As the beginning of the new semester is rapidly approaching, the Membership chair and Treasurer have some important notices for you that require attention.

  1. First chapter meeting: Monday, Jan. 30th at 8PM in DEM 112 (as always).

  2. You must email alphaphiomegaunh@gmail.com BY THE FIRST CHAPTER MEETING declaring your membership status for this semester: Active, Associate, or Inactive. If this is not taken care of by the first chapter meeting, you will not be able to have your attendance taken. Please send this email ASAP and help make everyone’s job easier, yours included, because…

  3. Dues must be paid by Saturday, Feb. 4th. They are available to be paid immediately after our first chapter.

  4. LATE FEES: There will be an additional $5 late fee for dues paid after the 4th until Saturday, 2/11.

  5. The late fee increases to $10 for dues paid after the 11th until Saturday, 2/18.

  6. ***** IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR DUES BY SATURDAY, 2/18, YOU WILL BE TURNED INACTIVE. NO EXCEPTIONS.*******

And just a friendly reminder that our chapter bylaws only allow brothers to have two semesters as inactive before they are returned to PNM status and must either go through the New Member process all over again (including paying new member dues- gross), or choose to not return to APO (sad). Please do not make this gross or sad for us or yourself. Send that email, pay those dues, spread some love.
