In honor of Big/Little Appreciation, I wanted to dedicate this weeks Newsletter to the Bigs and Littles of Theta Zeta! Below you'll find messages from Brothers to their Bigs, Littles, Grandlittles, etc.

Kayla Goodwin to Kayla Nasser
I appreciate my little, Kayla Nasser, because her constant carefree attitude reminds me to step back and enjoy my life. She never fails to make me laugh and is always there to support me, and I am so lucky to have her as my little.
I'm glad we are paired together because we balance each other out perfectly. Somehow she reminds me to take life less seriously and to enjoy myself, and sometimes I like to think that I help her get her life together.
My favorite thing about Kayla is that she makes me feel important and needed. I love being a role model to such a beautiful young woman and I can't imagine being president of this organization without seeing her supportive smile every Monday at chapter. SHE IS LITERALLY MY BABY AND I CANNOT IMAGINE LIFE WITHOUT HER
Sarah Bizzotto to Ryan Campbell
Ryan Campbell, I appreciate you because you’re kind, caring, and ambitious. You also put up with me, which is amazing in itself! I’m glad to be paired together because I think we’re a pretty good match (I wonder who paired us?), and I love seeing you grow in APO. My favorite thing about you is your go-with-the-flow attitude. You’re always calm, so you balance out my craziness. I know you’re going to do great things in this org! With Love, Sarah
Ryan Campbell to Sarah Bizzotto
My big is Sarah Bizzotto and I appreciate her a lot because of all the help she's given me for making this Bone Marrow Drive work! She is the best big and I know other littles say that too but my big is the best big! I'm so happy we were paired together because we make a good team and good friends. My favorite thing about her is she's always working hard and helpin out.

Sam Pollari to Lindsey Hall
Lindsey Hall is hands down one of the best people I have ever met in my life. I appreciate how kind-hearted, loving, and wonderful she is. No matter when it is, I know that I can come to her if I have to talk to someone, because she is such a great listener. She always knows what to say to make me feel better, or smile, or laugh my socks off. She is truly a special person and I am so so grateful that she is my little, so I can appreciate her for the rest of my life.
There are so many reasons that I love being paired with Lindsey! In addition to the reasons that are listed above, she is always down to do any service project or go to any fellowship I want, as long as she's not busy. She reminds me to hang out with her, because I am so busy all the time and forget to make time for the ones I love (like her). We have so many things in common: a love for food, watching many Netflix movies and shows, warm weather, and APO.
My favorite memory with Lindsey is her banquet from last semester. We spent the entire night together, and we got to get ready together as well. It was so much fun to dance to music and sing while we got ready. We got to talk and spend time together the entire night, and I loved her face when I showed her the shirt I bought her. We took so many cool pictures together, and just had an all-around great time with her!
Hiwalani Kapanui to Nicolette Cooper
I appreciate my Little because she's literally an angel sent from heaven. She has my back and she's so creative and wonderful. At least once a day someone in APO tells me how friendly, smart, and kind she is and it makes me happy that everyone else sees her as the same amazing person I see her to be. I'm glad we're paired together because we balance each other out. She keeps me in check and she teaches me to be a kinder, and more outgoing person. I'm also glad we're paired together because we're both obsessed with Teen Wolf and The 100, and because she's like my little sister and I'm obsessed with her (like the rest of this chapter is). My favorite thing about her is how much she cares about the important people in her life and how kind and friendly she is to everyone she meets. I also love that she brought two wonderful grandlittles into my life - Holly and Abby, who are the sweetest girls you'll ever meet, and I know she'll be a wonderful Big and great friend to the two of them!
Abbey Mac to Nora Biron
Hi I'm abbey Mac and my little Nora is an actual QUEEN. Let me tell you why: 1. She has a heart of pure gold 2. She and I are the same height 3. Our birthdays are 3 days apart 4. We knit together 5. We are sunshine sisters That is all. I LOVE MY LITTLE!!
Sam Izbicki to Sam Starkey, Emily Aucoin and Briana Scali

I don't even know where to begin on how much I appreciate you. I love you so much and I am forever grateful that we were paired together. With every obstacle in life, you handle it with such grace and always put others before yourself, and I admire you for that. In these two years together, you have grown into such a strong, independent woman and I have no doubts that you will do amazing things. You have truly impacted me in the most wonderful of ways and I don't know what I'm gonna do without you once I graduate. You are the most loving, kind, and generous person I have had the pleasure of knowing, and I feel SO lucky that I get to call you my little. You are without a doubt one of the truest friends I have made during my 4 years here (still a little mad it took us 20 years to meet when we live 15 minutes away from each other but better late than never). I am honored to be your big and I feel extremely lucky that I get to call you a friend as well ♥
Favorite Memory: Getting ice cream at Rota's right before my birthday over the summer - I was missing school and all I needed was some quality time with you and obviously lots ice cream. OR any of our drives home together when I talk your ear off the entire way because I hate driving and then make you help me unpack once I get home.
My beautiful grand littles! I love you both so much that I had to give you both a little shout out as well (even though I'm really sad these are the only pictures we have together). You two are the most selfless and caring people I have met and I admire you both for that - I have no doubt you guys will do incredible things!!
Favorite Memory (Em): Anytime I run into you in Union Court and I see that sunshiney face from a mile away - you always know how to brighten my day!
Favorite Memory (Bri): Sitting in Chipotle for 2 hours talking about anything and everything - time for more dinner dates!
Sam Starkey to Sam Izbicki, Emily Aucoin, and Briana Scali
Sam Izbicki: I appreciate Sam so much, we clicked the moment we met and I am so thankful that I have someone that I can trust and confide in whenever I really need someone. She is always there when I need to vent and never fails to make me feel better or put a smile on my face. I am so grateful we were paired together because even when doing the simple things, like driving home from school, or getting dinner or ice cream, we have the best conversations and can open up to one another so easily. One of my favorite memories was driving home during Easter break, and any car adventure because those are the fastest car rides I have ever been in. Another favorite was getting to spend the entire day together at the Bruins game, talking, and equally failing at taking pictures. Another great memory is going out together on my birthday. Sadly, she's 21 now so the bars are all she has. I am grateful for meeting one of the greatest and most true friendships I have ever had, and look forward to all that is to come for us in the future since she fortunately lives just a few minutes away from me. I love you so much, thank you for being you and for being amazing.
Emily Aucoin: You are my first child and always someone that I know will brighten my day in an instant. You impress me every single day with your optimism and love and sincerity. I am happy we were paired together because you inspire me. One of my favorite memories together was last semester when we had burrito Thursdays at Hoco (my absolute favorite thing in the entire world), and we would talk about literally everything. She is such a bubbly person and even though our schedules are opposite, I loved that we were able to go to Pease Greeters together. That has become my favorite service project and I am glad she pushed me out of my comfort zone. We talked to some nervous soldiers and it was an amazing experience to do so alongside someone that means so much to me. Love you Em, thanks for being you and for being amazing. Can't wait for all of the memories to come.
Briana Scali: We haven't known each other long, but I can already see how amazing our friendship is going to be. I appreciate you so much because we can bond over our love for gossip (that doesn't involve us of course), our love for One Tree Hill, and our hope to one day go to North Carolina and see all of the places where these things were actually filmed (when we aren't poor anymore of course). One of my favorite memories so far was going to chipotle and talking for almost two hours. It was so easy and fun to talk to you. One of my favorite memories together so far are our dinner dates, like the one with Christina and Kailee, and our other dinner dates that somehow last longer than anyone should stay at the dining hall. I'm so happy to have you as my little and my friend and I can't wait for the millions of visits we will have over the summer and the amazing times we have for the next two years. Love you so much girl, thanks for being you.
Margaret Clarkson to Megan English
I appreciate my big Megan English because she always gives me helpful advice and shows me awesome opportunities available in our major. I'm glad to be paired together because she's nice, fun to be around and can relate to ~New Jersey things~. I'm glad to be paired together because she cares about the environment as much as I do and is overall the best big ever!!! xoxo Maggie
Kellie Reardon to Caroline Foster
The reason why I appreciate my big is because she is the sweetest person you will ever meet. Caroline has always been there for Annalee and myself. She's, honestly, a role model to us and always inspires us to be the best that we can be. I am ecstatic that we were paired together because the adventures we have had are irreplaceable and I can't wait for more memories to be made. My favorite memory would have to be playing tongues before Improv because our family could not stop laughing.
