Reminders!

  • Submit Shoutouts for banquet on the newsletter!

  • Please don't sign up for capped projects if you have finished your hours! You can sign up 24 hours before! This includes Relay events! Check your event sign ups and your hours!

  • You can get a service hour for participating in the Pantene challenge at Relay! Check details on APOonline!

  • Thursday is the LAST DAY to buy apparel!! When you buy your apparel add your name to the GoogleDoc with your size!

  • Chapter Awards are coming up! The chapter will be nominating brothers this year as well as exec, so start thinking about who YOU want to nominate!

  • BIGS! Buy your letter!

  • LITTLES! Work on your paddles

  • New Member Fellowship is Sunday April 22nd at 2pm!

President (not available to PNMs)

Position Requirements

Monitors executive board and sees that its duties and obligations are fulfilled

Maintains good standing with APO National Office through Officer Portal

Presides at all chapter and executive board meetings with set agenda

Suggested Qualifications

Great time management skills

Easily accessible and approachable

Comfortable with public speaking

Mediation/Conflict resolution skills

Has a vision to progress the chapter forward

Sergeant at Arms

Job Requirements

Take attendance at all chapter meetings

Maintain order at meetings

Oversee rituals and traditions

Monitor the Peer Review Board Committee and work with President and Advisors to deal with conflict

Informs members when their membership is in jeopardy

Suggested Qualifications

Confidence in being authoritative, but respectful

Familiar with booking rooms at UNH

Active listener

Ability to stay unbiased

Treasurer (not available to PNMs)

Job Requirements

Receives, disburses, and records all expenses

Oversees all cash inflows and outflows in the chapter

Complies a list of all payments of dues by members to determine membership status (works closely with membership chairs)

Oversees all PNM income and expenses

Maintains good standing with APO National Office through Officer Portal

Suggested Qualifications

Confident with handling chapter funds

VERY organized

Comfortable with filling out paperwork

Good communication skills

Comfortable working with OSIL and SAFC departments

Service Vice President (not available to PNMs)

Job Requirements

Plans and coordinates the Chapter Service program

Keeps an accurate record of completed service hours

Work with community organizations and other student clubs that may need volunteers and assistance

Work to further the friendship among members of the chapter through fellowships
