Monitors executive board and sees that its duties and obligations are fulfilled
Maintains good standing with APO National Office through Officer Portal
Presides at all chapter and executive board meetings with set agenda

Mediation/Conflict resolution skills
Has a vision to progress the chapter forward

Job Requirements
Take attendance at all chapter meetings
Maintain order at meetings
Oversee rituals and traditions
Monitor the Peer Review Board Committee and work with President and Advisors to deal with conflict
Informs members when their membership is in jeopardy

Familiar with booking rooms at UNH

Job Requirements
Receives, disburses, and records all expenses
Oversees all cash inflows and outflows in the chapter
Complies a list of all payments of dues by members to determine membership status (works closely with membership chairs)
Oversees all PNM income and expenses
