Evaluation Station

Feedback from mid-semester evals came back this week and we got such good notes! I'm glad that we are able to do a good job so that APO is the best it can be! All of the links and such will be available through the newsletter so make sure you fill them out since there were troubles with zoom last night!



We had two Mental Health Minutes today!

Kate: Don't look at social media right when you wake up for right before you go to bed since there are a lot of negative things on it. Instead, try looking in the mirror and say good morning and goodnight to yourself with a goal for the day or something that went well.

Kayla: Write a positive note to yourself when you wake up in the morning to look at throughout the day!

- Make sure you have at least 2 fellowships by now!

- If you have finished your requirements don't sign up for capped events until the day of so make sure there is room for brothers or pnms that have not finished their requirements yet
