Last Newsletter of the Semester :(




Hello everyone!! Unfortunately, this is my last newsletter, so it should be the best one yet!

The second, and last, round of nominations were tonight, which means elections are next week on May 10th! ALL active members must attend to complete their election requirement!

- I have posted a spreadsheet of all the running nominations for all positions on Facebook!

- If you wish to drop out of the race at any time until May 10th, you can text me at 516-418-0345 or you can email me at apounhrecordingsec@gmail.com!

- NOMINEES: You must follow these rules for your presentations!

- Each presentation will be 3 minutes long, followed by 2 minutes of questions!

- If elected, you must go to the transition meeting on Tuesday May 11th at 5pm!

- Banquet is this Saturday, May 8th!

- Jamie's last office hours are this Thursday at 10am to 11am!

- You can get an early start on your hours for Fall 2021 by volunteering for Trash to Treasure!

- You can sign up for 3 hours time slots anytime from May 12 to May 23 from 9am to 8pm here: tinyurl.com/apot2t !

- There is an outdoor service event TONIGHT!

- Meet at T-Hall Lawn for a vigil to remember all the individuals who lost their lives to police violence

If you have not finished your service hours yet, email service and they will help you out!

- Bailey Wilkinson: Reminder to get your second Covid shot this week! Stay hydrated and take ibuprofen before!

- Emma Bragg: Emma is doing a fundraiser for her class for SHARPP! Check her Facebook or Insta to donate!

- Brooke Healy: Thanks to all the PNMs and Exec and Bros for being amazing during this difficult year and made it great!

- Kate Matthews: Waysmeet Open Mic Night is going to happen later this month, so look out for more details!

- Rachel Langer (me!): To all the seniors, we will miss you so much and I love all of you and wish you so much good luck in your futures! You will all be very missed!

- Jill and Kayla: You all only have one last week of classes, so keep pushing through and good luck on all of your finals!

- Meaghan Corbett: Thanks to everyone for a great year!
